  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the nature of goods, documentation requirements, or customs clearance.

1.3. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method:

  • Domestic Deliveries: 1–5 business days

  • Regional Deliveries (within Africa): 3–7 business days

  • International Deliveries: 5–14 business days
    Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, customs inspection, or carrier issues.

1.4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a confirmation email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment anytime through our online “Track Shipment” portal.

  • Tracking updates are provided in real-time as your cargo moves through various checkpoints.

1.5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • The weight and volume of the shipment,

  • The origin and destination, and

  • The selected mode of transport (air, sea, or land).
    All costs will be clearly displayed during the booking process, with no hidden fees.

1.6. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees applicable in their destination country.

  • Our customs team will assist with documentation and provide an estimate of applicable charges before shipment dispatch.

1.7. Packaging Standards

All goods must be properly packaged and labeled. Fragile or high-value items should be securely packed to prevent damage.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment of poorly packaged or prohibited goods.
